Our Timesheets is run by Our App. This page explains what we keep, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

What we keep

Your name, email address and working hours; your business's name; the clients you add (their names, and a contact's name and email if you give them); and the time you record against each client, with your description of the work. We don't use your location, camera, contacts or photos, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

Why

Only to provide the service you signed up for: recording time, showing how much of your working day is left, and producing timesheets for your clients.

Where it is kept and for how long

On our servers in the EU, locked and backed up nightly, for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account it is removed straight away, and from our backups within 14 days.

Who else sees it

The owner of your account sees the time recorded by everyone in it. Your clients see only the timesheets you choose to send them. We never sell your data and there is no advertising. We use a small number of processors to run the service: hosting (Hetzner) and email (Resend).

Your rights

You can download your time at any time as a spreadsheet from the Timesheets page, change it, or delete your account from Settings (in the app or on the website). You can also email hello@our-app.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
